At the end of 2022, my parents invited me to travel with them to the Philippines. They immigrated from their provinces in the Philippines back in the 1980s before meeting each other in Chicago. While I had the opportunity to visit my parents' homeland when I was a kid, it has been over 25 years since we were able to make the voyage together. This 78-page book is filled with the photos I made during my travels visiting family and reintroducing myself to a culture I have only experienced through a limited scope given my American upbringing.
